Our Training Tools
- REDEFINING THE HIERARCHY
Participants will be divided into two teams (not adhering to existing departmental divides and organisation hierarchy) with ad-hoc leadershi that transcends departmental boundaries.
- NEGOTIATING COMFORT ZONES
The group will be exposed to an out-of-the-cubicle environment that lets participants move out of their comfort zones and explore their personal blocks and limitations.
- PARTICIPATORY ANALYSIS
The teams will engage in experiential learning-based games, designed to expose participants to different challenging scenarios to induce their natural reactions, innate ability to perform, inherent leadership skills and logical reasoning, thereby highlighting existing team dynamics and trust issues.
